Every so often you have the pleasure of meeting someone who seems to have been born to do what they do. Carrie L. Morris, MD, of Radiance Wellness MediSpa, in Granbury, Texas, is one of those special people. Dr. Morris’ passion for serving others by providing superior medical care began immediately after graduating as the valedictorian of her high school class.
Dr. Morris received early acceptance to the University of South Alabama Medical School, where she focused on receiving quality surgical training and graduated at the top of her class. She completed an ophthalmology residency program at the Duke University Medical Center, where she received the Duke Ocular Innovation Award for her prospective research trial on Bimatoprost (Latisse®) to treat breast cancer patients. Dr. Morris also completed a two-year American Society of Oculofacial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Fellowship.
